CBSA and CITT Investigations on Dumping and Subsidizing; CRTC Broadcasting Decisions
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has extended the preliminary phase of its investigation into the alleged dumping of concrete reinforcing bar from Bulgaria, Thailand, and the UAE due to complexity and difficulty in obtaining evidence. A decision will be made by September 13, 2024.
The CBSA has made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing high protein content pea protein from China. Provisional duties are now payable on these goods, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will conduct a full injury inquiry.
